Building Use Application & Agreement

The form below MUST be completed in its entirety.  All applications for building use are subject to review by the Executive Pastor.  Application for building use does not guarantee the use of space.  It is the practice and policy of United Methodist Ministries of Mecosta County that a deposit must be made for each event before that event is put on the church calendar.  The Fee Schedule and Building Use Policies are below.  Please contact the office at 231-796-7771 with any questions.
